Suncheonman Bay Wetland

National Garden
As Korea’s first national garden, Suncheonman National Garden was created to protect the adjacent ecosystem while presenting garden designs from Korea and around the world. Visitors can take the SkyCube, a small unmanned personal rapid transit system, from the National Garden to the Suncheon Literature Center; Suncheonman Wetland is approximately a five-minute walk from the terminal.

Songgwangsa Temple

Historic Temple
Songgwangsa is one of Korea’s Three Jewel Temples and is renowned for having produced sixteen National Preceptors. Located in the tranquil mountains, the temple offers insight into traditional Korean Buddhism. The Musoyu (Non-Possession) Trail leading to the temple provides a peaceful walk through the surrounding forest.

Yeosu

Maritime Dynamic
Known for its coastal scenery, Yeosu is a vibrant port city that offers a lively contrast to Suncheon’s quieter ecological landscape. Its maritime setting is complemented by contemporary attractions, including the Yeosu Maritime Cable Car and the immersive media art venue Arte Museum Yeosu. Yeosu is also widely known for its night views, with illuminated bridges, coastal walking paths, and seaside parks offering visitors a distinctive evening experience.
